Rates: All rates are in US Dollars. Reservations are not guaranteed until deposit has been received.
Weekly rates are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees. Rates are subject to change until confirmation of
rental (your security deposit) is received.
Deposit: Refundable security deposit of $250 is required to secure your dates of stay and guarantee your
rate. Deposit is not applied to the cost of your stay. Payment may be made by Credit Card or PayPal ( add
4% processing fee). Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your $250 deposit. Final payment is due 45 days
prior to check-in. Security deposit is not applied to the cost of your stay, but returned within 14 days after
your departure if the following provisions are met:
1. No damage done to unit or contents, and contents are not removed from unit. Please respect our home.
2. No charges are incurred due to pets, contraband, or services rendered during your stay. Our unit is a
no-smoking and no-pet unit for the comfort of all our Guests. Smoking is allowed outside unit and in certain
areas of the complex. All cigarette debris ( butts, matches, wrappers) must be picked up and discarded properly.
3. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the dumpster near the rear of the complex when you leave.
4. Soiled dished are placed in dishwasher and started upon your departure.
5. Keys are returned to the key box. There will be a $60 charge for lost keys
6. No linens are lost or stolen.
7. Tenant is not evicted by Owner, representative of Owner, Law Enforcement, or Security Company employed
by Venetian Bay Village.

Cancellations: Cancellations 30 to 45 days prior to arrival, a penalty of $250, your deposit, will
be assessed. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will be assessed the total amount paid.
Rain-Checks (redeemable within one year of cancellation notice) may be granted in emergency
situations. Travel insurance is advised.
Cleaning: Weekly rates are inclusive of cleaning fees. Nightly stays of 6 nights or less are subject
to $75.00 cleaning fee. Your vacation villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival and after
your departure. Long term Guests may request weekly, bi-weekly, monthly cleaning at additional fee.
